Services

Crescon Joinery offers no obligation, free quotes where we either come to you for an in-house site measure or we can work direct from drafted plans to provide you with initial designs and pricing.

All trades for residential renovations can be co-ordinated and managed by us, using our trusted local sub-contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

We can manage minor building works in hand with the joinery installation however areas that require structural changes will need to be looked at by a licensed builder. There are a number of builders we can recommend for the work or you are more than welcome to provide your own.

Process

Step 1

Meet with our designer on site for existing projects or in the showroom for new builds, extensions etc. with building plans to discuss the needs for your project.

Step 2

Following the initial meeting, we collate the collected measurements and information allowing us to provide 3D views based on the design aims, materials and colours discussed, responding to each individual client brief.

We receive feedback, tweaks or changes and apply these accordingly to move forward to quotation.
If materials and colours are yet to be selected we will organise an appointment in our showroom to further discuss and refine the palette while also being conscientious of any budget requirements or restraints.

At this stage, we also appreciate if clients can confirm and supply their appliance details so that we can ensure the joinery is built to suit the specific specifications.

Step 3

Once we refine and finalise all details, the project progresses from quote to job and we will invoice a $300.00 deposit to secure our secondary site measure to firm up measurements for our workshop drawings. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your project.

After the measure, we provide the full workshop drawings to you for approval, send out a standard contract for the works involved along with a 40% start work invoice that allows us to program and order materials for the project. At this time we will also provide an installation date for the works, if not previously discussed during the site measure.

Step 4

We organise for the necessary appliances to be delivered to our workshop, the joinery is then manufactured and subsequently installed by our skilled team.

Installation, including removal of existing joinery, can take anywhere between 2-4 days (we judge this on a case by case basis, pending a number of factors involved within the project).

Step 5

We organise any remaining items, like glass splashbacks or kickboards to be installed as soon as feasibly possible and invoice the balance for the work.

Showroom

Our showroom is open to the general public during our weekday operating hours and closed on weekends / public holidays.

To discuss an upcoming project in the showroom, it is essential to schedule an appointment with our designer so that we can dedicate the time and consideration each individual project requires.
